Description
The United States Capitol, often called the Capitol Building, is the home of the United States Congress, and the seat of the legislative branch of the U.S. federal government. It is located on Capitol Hill at the eastern end of the National Mall in Washington, D.C.
Here is a black and white image of the building at night reflected in the pool in front of the building. It seemed appropriate at this time, as things are in such upheaval there. May there be peace and calm, as in this pool, in the near future. We all need it.

I love the balance of this reflection...it, along with the description captures Paradox...the held tension of seeming opposites. Wonderful pictorial metaphor!
