Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

This is a throwback in time, as many of the images of Dexter in my portfolio are. This is the Bishop Building in downtown Dexter, Michigan. Lisa owned Life is Good. Stephanie owned The Hair Loft. I don't know who or what Toad Hall was. That was before I rented this exact space with three partners to form a little art gallery called Artistica.
You can see where the old grocery store was torn down and the new construction is going up. The clock tower is an icon downtown. It's rarely ever on time, but that's not the point.
The Bishop Building was owned by Paul Bishop for many years. It is an original building with its odd cupola-like peak on top.
My memories begin as a five-year-old-free-spirit discovering and creating anything 'beautiful.' I was bold, creative, curious, and loved adventure. It stands to reason that when I spray painted the neighbor's black hearse a sparkling shade of silver that I was destined to be an artist. Now that I'm in my 7th decade, my free spirit has settled down a bit (the hearse owner would be glad). Still, curiosity, creativity, and an eye for beauty define me. Lots of things inspire me in my art. I love traveling, and have been afforded the opportunity to see wonderful places all over the world.
