Description
Artistic still life of peonies in a vase with sunlight streaming in. Friendship is so precious. A friend recently became gravely ill and I didn't know quite what to do for him. The gift we share is our photography. it is what drew us together in the first place and it is what has bound us together for a long time. We can talk forever about photography. We have completely different interests but that's part of the fun of it all.
He doesn't photograph flowers. But he knows it's my passion. I do believe he appreciates my work though. So in an effort to cheer him up and brighten his day, I have started to create images with him in mind.
This still life in a new lime vase with my beloved pink peonies came to life when I set it in this aqua hutch. The sunlight enhances the mood. The vintage technique is something I also love adding when it feels right. This image, and all of its enhancements, was done entirely with my cell phone. I enjoy this immensely and find it to be a challenge as well as being joyful.
Enjoy. May this photograph bring sunshine into your day. This image is copyright protected by Jill Love for J. Love Photography and can be viewed and purchased at Jill-Love.pixels.com. Thank you for visiting! I'd be honored if you'd leave a comment.
