Description
This panoramic view of gondoliers traversing the narrow canals of Venice, Italy, is filled with tourists. The gondolas (flat-bottomed Venetian rowing boats) are huge and heavy. The gondoliers maneuver them amazingly well through the boat traffic on the canals. They wear costumes and often have hats on. The boats are all different if you go further into town on the Grand Canal. It is a sight like no other.
