Description
This pool sits above the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Cancun. So it is an optical illusion that the pool is part of the ocean. They look like they are one. There is actually a beach there. This is at the J.L. Marriott Hotel. A perfect tourist destination for rest, relaxation, beachcombing, swimming, or reading surfside.
The sun sets casting golden rays of light over the water creating beautiful reflections. At the horizon line, you can see where the sun is casting the bright glow that illuminates the water.
The little peninsula of pool deck that holds now vacant pool chairs is an ideal setting for any traveler to watch the sun set over the ocean.
