Artist's Description
This large American Bullfrog lived in my tiny pond. His name was Bill. Bullfrogs can be very large. Bill was about 8 inches in length. He had a wonderful deep, baritone voice.

A blue heron cut Bill’s life short one summer day. He was not able to take off with my Bill though. We buried him at the top of the waterfall that fed the pond. And my daughter, my husband, and I gave him a proper burial. He even had a headstone.
Steward Udall said, “Cherish sunsets, wild creatures, and wild places. Have a love affair with the wonder and beauty of the earth.” I do. I truly do.

Lots of things inspire me in my art. I love traveling, and have been afforded the opportunity to see wonderful places all over the world. I then share our travel destinations with others so they can experience the beauty out there too. Another passion of mine is ornamental gardening. Flowers...
